When you join me in my retreat, you will learn about tools and strategies to implement good mental health care into your daily life.
This doesn’t have to be complicated! You might be surprised how quickly you will see the positive changes within yourself and your life.

What is the retreat about ?
During the retreat, you will learn how to let go of toxic expectations, negative self language and harsh self judgement.
These three key factors have such a huge impact on our mental wellbeing and we might not even be aware of it.
As women, we often feel pressured to ‘have it all’ and do everything without complaining. We run the household, go to work, manage the family and probably volunteer some time at our kids’ school.
We are exhausted but we make it work because we have to. There are no breaks, no rewards and we end up saying thank you, too!
That is where nurturing kindness comes in.
The retreat teaches you how to take care of yourself first within this busy environment so you stay strong, centered and happy.
You will learn to uncover where your expectations and ideas of yourself come from and how they impact on your decisions to look after yourself.
I am teaching you how to break free of these expectations that are often not yours and how to implement what REALLY works for you.
Yes, kindness! (That’s the twist!)
We often show kindness to others and that is so important and wonderful. But when it comes to being kind to ourselves, we balk. We can’t do that! What an indulgence!
Is it though?
By nurturing kindness within ourselves, we not only change our own mental wellbeing but that of those around us, too.
I will show you in my retreat how kindness is the key to your mental wellbeing and living your life with purpose and full of motivation each day.

How does it work?
The retreat is completely online which means you can experience the changes in your own comfort zone at home. All you need is a working computer and internet connection.
No need to dress up to show up! Comes as you are and that is perfectly fine.
The retreat lasts for 3 weeks. In these weeks you will receive
- one on one counselling calls with me each week to discuss your challenges and wins
- exercises to help you find your strategies and help to implement them
- access to my services via email whenever an issue or question arises
- handouts to keep that you can reuse later on if needed
- complimentary follow up call a month after the retreat to check in
- a bonus FREE gift for you to keep
The cost of the retreat is $500 AUD.

Who is it for?
The retreat is open to anyone who knows they want to make changes to feel better and be their best but are unsure how.
If you feel that you are often too harsh on yousrself, run empty but keep going anyway then the retreat is for you!
The retreat is also open for anyone who has had a challenging life situation thrown at them (loss of the baby, a life changing health diagnosis such as depression, anxiety or chronic illness, the loss of a loved one, job loss just to name a few) and is looking for gentle ways to cope.
